Welcome to Avya, a fresh daily wellness drink subscription service. By subscribing to our plans, visiting our website, or making a payment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Subscription Plans
We offer three subscription plans:
- Weekly Plan – 6 days of delivery
- Bi-Weekly Plan – 12 days of delivery (6 days/week × 2 weeks)
- Monthly Plan – 24 days of delivery (6 days/week × 4 weeks)
Each day includes 4 freshly prepared drinks delivered to your home.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.
Sundays are non-delivery days.
2. Payment Terms
- All plans must be paid in advance via UPI/QR code.
- Subscription starts only after payment confirmation.
- Customers must share the payment screenshot and delivery details via WhatsApp to complete activation.
3. Skip Policy (VERY IMPORTANT)
We understand that customers may need to skip deliveries occasionally.
Bi-Weekly Plan
- ❇️ 2 skips allowed per subscription cycle
- Skips can be used on any day except Sunday (non-delivery day)
Monthly Plan
- ❇️ 4 skips allowed per subscription cycle
- Skips can be used on any day except Sunday
Skip Eligibility
To apply a skip:
- You must inform us before 7:00 PM on the previous day
- Inform via WhatsApp at +91 93562 47447
WHAT IF YOU DON’T INFORM ON TIME?
- If you fail to inform before 7:00 PM,
that day will count as a delivered day and will NOT be refunded or moved. - This rule applies strictly to ensure fair production and wastage control.
No Carry Forward
- Skips cannot be carried over to the next subscription cycle.
- Unused skips are not refundable.
4. Delivery Policy
- Deliveries are made daily between morning and night, aligned with the 4-drink timing routine.
- Delivery timings may vary based on traffic, weather, and location availability.
- Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the drinks.
- Avya is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by weather or external factors
- Drinks left at the door on customer request
- Spoilage due to late pickup from the doorstep
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
To maintain freshness and operational hygiene, our products are made fresh every morning.
Because of this:
Refunds are NOT provided in the following cases:
- If you change your mind after the drinks are prepared
- If you forget to inform us before 7 PM about a skip
- If you are unavailable to receive the delivery
- If you do not like the taste / ingredients
- If a medical condition arises after consumption
- If you request cancellation mid-cycle
Refunds or plan adjustments may be given only if:
- Avya fails to deliver due to operational reasons
- A confirmed skip (informed before 7 PM) was not honored by us
- There was an error on Avya’s end in billing or plan allocation
Medical Disclaimer
If you have ANY medical condition, allergies, or dietary restrictions,
you MUST consult your doctor before consuming Avya drinks.
Avya is not liable for:
- Reactions to natural ingredients
- Medical complications
- Side effects based on pre-existing conditions
6. Customer Responsibilities
By subscribing to Avya, you agree to:
- Provide correct personal and address details
- Inform skips on time (before 7 PM)
- Maintain proper storage (refrigeration)
- Consume drinks within recommended time
- Consult a doctor if you have medical issues
7. Ingredients & Freshness
- All drinks are made fresh daily.
- No preservatives, no added sugar, no artificial flavors.
- Shelf life is limited — consume within the same day.
Avya is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage.
8. Changes to Terms
Avya reserves the right to update these Terms anytime.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
